I notice this to...This is an excellent observation! I notice this too when I'm out in socially awkward situations. No one pays attention to each other anymore because they don't have to. It's insane! When I went to the DPS office last week I made sure to talk to everyone around me to keep from feeling weird. Sometimes I feel like that person that just starts talking and people are probably thinking, "will this girl shut up so I can text?"
